Product Description

Lubricants are used in PVC industry to reduce friction/wear on equipment and improve flow properties of PVC resin. Types: metallic stearates, paraffin waxes, fatty acid esters, mineral oil, stearic acid. Different lubricants can affect properties of final PVC product, so proper testing is recommended before adding. Consultation with experts is recommended.

NexLub PE-1 White Powder/Flakes General Purpose external Lubricant. Recommended for opaque applications

(Oxidised PE Wax)
White Powder External Lubricant and requires lower dosage. Eliminates sticking problems like mould release.
Nexlub 116 Clear Liquid Internal lubricant for PVC films. Good compatibility with PVC and also good release agent.
