Application Description

PVC is a popular insulation material for wires and cables due to its excellent electrical insulation properties, flexibility, and durability. It can also be used as an outer sheath material to provide additional protection. PVC allows for color coding and can be compounded with flame retardant additives. It is suitable for use in extreme temperatures and offers good chemical resistance. Ca-Zn stabilizers are used to improve thermal stability and durability of PVC insulation, protect from thermal degradation, improve mechanical properties and resistance to environmental factors. They are also environmentally friendly as they are non-toxic and don't contain heavy metals.
